Security Alert/Reminder
We have been notified that there have been some break-ins at some other condominium
complexes in Salem recently. Please take this as a friendly reminder to remember to lock your doors and windows, including
your slider to prevent your home from being burglarized.

Identify Your Perennial Plants!
In order to prevent your perennial plants from being "weeded" by the landscapers during the spring cleanup, we have established
a way to identify your plants. Please place a red stake in the ground next to your perennial. You can purchase
simple stakes, or bamboo garden stakes at Home Depot for this use. A quick burst of red spray paint will make them easily
identifiable.

Pet Reminder - Cats
Please remember that cats are also governed by the same rules as dogs in our community. Cats are not to be let
loose on the property, and unit owners who allow their cats to roam free are subject to fines. With the
number of foxes and coyotes in the area, cats are in danger of attack as well. Please help keep our community clean
and safe.
